Huddles
What is a Coaching Huddle?
Led by a member of the Fresh Streams Leadership Team or Fresh Streams Partners the huddle is a group of 4-5 participants meeting monthly for 60 minutes on Zoom (with exception of Incarnational Ministry), to explore and grow in depth of learning together.
Though each Huddle is different, roughly speaking the are all focused on developing three key areas:
Character: How is God shaping you as a disciple and leader?
Competencies: What leadership skills is God developing in you?
Context: How can you apply what God is teaching you in your ministry?
Key Information:
Commitment: 10-12 months, starting February each year.
Cost: £250, inclusive of a 24 hour retreat
Meeting Details: 10 Sessions over the year, plus a 24 hour retreat (please note, the incarnational nature of the Living Large in Small Spaces Huddle, means this will be an intensive over 5 days).
Partner huddles have different associated costs, so please get in touch for more details.
