Job Title: YOUTH WORKER (full-time)
Are you the connection we are looking for?
We are looking to appoint a full-time Christian Youth Worker to join the staff team of Oundle Baptist Church (OBC), working alongside the minister, Children and Families Worker and No1 Professional Services Manager to develop the work of OBC amongst young people.
We need an experienced Youth Worker to oversee, develop and make connections ensuring we have a strategic and coherent approach to evangelism, nurture and teaching of all young people aged 11-18.
We want you to work alongside our partners in Oundle, to develop strong connections to the young people in the community.
Salary Range: £24,000 – £27,000 pa (Depending on experience and qualifications)
